Sometimes we just need a helping hand and listening ear to connect with that which resides in us at the deepest level. That is my gift, job and passion. Together we will strengthen who you truly are. I am a seeker, counselor, spiritual connector, healer, coach and retreat and workshop leader based in the Pacific Northwest. I also help people heal mentally, physically, and spiritually through deep interconnective work between body and soul. I also do healing body work connecting one back to themselves through healing massage. I work with people virtually and in person and both are effective. I help people ground themselves in realness and authenticity by having meaningful conversations that create positive change in the world and in themselves. I give people the freedom and opportunity to discover who they are and what they are seeking at a deep level. Put in the simplest words, I help people live in love instead of fear.
